2019 Voice of the Wetlands Festival October 11-12-13, 2019 RAIN OR SHINE!!

We are looking forward to OCTOBER 11-12-13 for the 2019 16th Annual Voice of the Wetlands Festival. It is a FREE festival located on the beautiful Ponderosa in Houma Louisiana on October 11/12/13.  Lock in the address and get ready for a fun & musical filled weekend at 5407 West Park Ave in Houma, Louisiana. Along with Live Music the festival also features Authentic Cajun Cuisine, Art Market, Kids Area, Late Night Jams, and RV and Tent Camping. The festival is attended by music fans from throughout the world. Join us for a day or spend the weekend under the stars. If camping is not your thing Houma has Uber and many hotels. Take advantage of flights over the Wetlands and Swamp Tours while in the area. We look forward to seeing you!

It all starts Friday October 11, 2019.

It all kicks off on Friday October 11 at 6 pm and Friday Night closes with a an explosive guitar jam with Tab Benoit hosting- The Friday Night Guitar Fights and the music flows through out the weekend on two stages

Founded in 1986, the King Biscuit Blues Festival is one of the nation’s foremost showcases of blues music. Held for three full days (plus the bonus "Warm Up Wednesday” the evening before) annually in October, tens of thousands of blues enthusiasts converge on historic downtown Helena, Arkansas to hear stirring and uplifting performances of an American art form on the banks of the Mississippi River.

Presented by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation, the Crescent City Blues & BBQ Fest features three days filled with live blues and jazz performances, a local art market and some of the best BBQ vendors throughout the Crescent City. The fest is free and open to all. Make sure to bring your appetite (and a few bucks to satisfy it).
